Dryland training runs weekly on Wednesday nights at the Winston Churchill Reservoir Park, on the southeast corner of St Clair and Spadina at 6:30pm. We will end at 8:10pm.
Please wear fitness clothing and running shoes. Bring water! Parents who want to participate are more than welcome.
On days when dryland is scheduled, if the weather is poor, we will continue in light rain without thunder; we do not continue in a thunder storm or if the rain is particularly hard. We will attempt to get a message out in the case of cancellation.
For those of you who are new to our Wednesday dryland, we run, do circuits and climb hills and stairs.
The exercises are designed to create a good fitness base to support skating: cardio, core and overall body strength, explosiveness, agility and flexibility.
